I use an already exisiting model called the Paperdoll model, it's really good, I have uploaded one of my units in the download section that you can use, the guys at CivFanatics have a lot of useful stuff there

Unfortunately I do not do these models. Animations and 3D models I took from Mount & Blade. Game Mount & Blade lot of mods created.
