I rendered this cavalry death animation and posted it at this link as an AVI file.

Please give comments, suggestions, or tips. I think the motion looks very strange but I am re-doing it. The horse is supposed to be falling on its knees and then falling sideways, as if shot from the front.

| It's getting there. It's the way the horse needs to fall, the legs on one side should bend and move a bit more. The best way to get a feel of what a certain animation should look like is by opening up one of the American Conquest units in GPViewer, that way you can watch frame by frame how the unit behaves when it dies. [Hawk]Michael might be able to give you one his models with the death animation so you can see how he configured his unit.
You should have got Poser, I could have helped you through and given you some of my models. 
Can I also suggest using Movie to Animated GIF Converter when you want to upload your unit animations/video as it is alot easier for us to view it as a.gif than having to download an .avi file, the .gif files are also smaller in size. You can then upload the .gif to http://tinypic.com
